Firstly, there are several factors indicating that society is becoming increasingly supportive of government intervention. One such factor is the rising awareness of social and environmental issues. With the media and educational institutions shedding light on these problems, people have begun to realize the importance of collective efforts to address them. As a result, they are more likely to support government policies aimed at mitigating these issues, such as climate change initiatives or social welfare programs.

Another factor contributing to this shift in attitude is the perceived failure of market forces and self-regulation to effectively tackle economic disparities and protect vulnerable groups.
