There are several factors contributing to the growing tolerance for diversity in today's world. Firstly, advancements in technology have facilitated communication and collaboration across different regions, cultures, and languages. Social media platforms have created a virtual space where people from all walks of life can connect, interact, and learn from one another. As a result, individuals are becoming more aware of the diverse perspectives that exist beyond their immediate surroundings.

Secondly, education plays a crucial role in shaping attitudes towards diversity. With an increasing number of schools and universities incorporating multiculturalism into their curricula, students are exposed to different cultures, customs, and ideas from a young age. This early exposure helps foster understanding and acceptance of diverse perspectives and traditions.

Moreover, the rise in immigration has led to a more ethnically diverse population in many countries. This diversity brings with it various challenges but also offers an opportunity for societies to embrace change and adapt to new cultures.
