Additionally, the rise of e-commerce has generated employment opportunities in sectors like logistics, delivery services, and online marketing. Machines are becoming increasingly efficient at performing tasks previously carried out by humans, which could result in a reduction of human labor force in certain industries. For instance, self-checkout machines in supermarkets have reduced the need for cashiers, while driverless cars might replace taxi drivers and truck drivers in the future. In this context, automation can be perceived as a threat to job security.

In conclusion, the impact of automation on employment opportunities is a complex issue with both positive and negative aspects. While it has the potential to create new jobs in certain sectors, it may also lead to job displacement in others.
