Additionally, globalization encourages skill development and specialization among employees. As companies compete for top talent worldwide, workers are incentivized to enhance their skills and education levels to stay competitive in the job market.

On the other hand, globalization can also have a negative impact on job opportunities. Outsourcing jobs to countries with lower wages and labor costs may lead to job losses in high-income nations. This phenomenon, known as "offshoring," has caused significant concern among workers in developed countries who fear losing their employment due to cost-cutting measures.
