On one hand, it can be argued that society is becoming more empathetic due to increased awareness and exposure to different cultures, religions, and social issues. Social media platforms have played a significant role in this shift as they facilitate global communication and enable people to share their personal stories and experiences. This has led to a greater understanding of the challenges faced by others, fostering a sense of empathy and compassion.

Moreover, advancements in education and psychology have contributed to a growing awareness of mental health issues, leading people to be more sensitive to the needs of those around them.
