For example, they can easily find study materials, tutorials, and even tutors from around the world. Moreover, social media allows students to network with peers and professionals in their fields of interest, which may lead to collaborative learning opportunities and valuable insights.

On the other hand, the negative impacts of social media on students' academic performance cannot be ignored. The constant distractions offered by social media platforms can hinder students from focusing on their studies. For instance, notifications about new posts, messages, or updates may interrupt a student's study time and affect concentration levels. Furthermore, excessive use of social media may lead to procrastination, as students may spend hours scrolling through feeds instead of working on assignments or reading textbooks.
