Rising temperatures, extreme weather events, and the melting of polar ice caps have already caused severe damage to ecosystems and communities across the world. The frequency and intensity of hurricanes, droughts, and wildfires have all increased dramatically due to climate change, causing irreversible damage to our planet. Furthermore, rising sea levels are threatening coastal cities and low-lying nations, leading to displacement and loss of life.
