Firstly, students face numerous challenges in their lives, such as academic pressure, bullying, and family problems. These issues can lead to anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. By providing professional help from trained therapists or counselors, schools can create a supportive environment where students can openly discuss their problems and receive guidance on how to manage them effectively.
