These platforms enable people to share their experiences, opinions, and knowledge across generations, fostering mutual understanding and respect. Moreover, technology has created opportunities for intergenerational collaboration in the workplace, where older employees can pass on their wisdom and experience to younger counterparts, while the latter can contribute innovative ideas and adaptability.
