One factor that has contributed to an increase in political activism is the rise of social media platforms. These digital spaces have provided a forum for people from all walks of life to share their thoughts, opinions, and concerns about pressing issues. As a result, political activism has become more accessible and less confined to traditional channels such as rallies or protests. Furthermore, the visibility of activist movements on social media has amplified the voices of marginalized communities, leading to increased awareness of social injustices and the need for change.

On the other hand, political apathy continues to be a significant issue in many societies. In some cases, this can be attributed to a sense of powerlessness or disillusionment with the political process.
