This increased access to information can help bridge the knowledge gap between the educated and uneducated, ultimately fostering social mobility. Furthermore, advancements in technology have created new jobs and industries, providing employment opportunities that did not exist before. These new jobs often require skills that are accessible to all, regardless of one's socioeconomic background, thereby reducing the disparity in income and social status.

However, there are valid arguments against this viewpoint. Critics argue that technology has inadvertently created a digital divide, where access to the latest technological advancements is often limited to those with financial means or education. Additionally, automation and artificial intelligence have raised concerns about job displacement, particularly among low-skilled workers.
