This essay will explore both sides of the argument before reaching a conclusion.

On one hand, it can be said that technology has played a significant role in increasing social mobility. The rise of e-learning platforms and online resources has made education more accessible to people from all walks of life. Students from disadvantaged backgrounds can now access high-quality educational content for free, which was not possible in the past. Moreover, technological advancements have created new job opportunities, particularly in the fields of technology and digital media. These jobs often pay well and do not require a traditional university education, allowing people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds to climb the social ladder.
