For instance, social media platforms and websites have helped spread knowledge about climate change, deforestation, and conservation efforts. This increased awareness has led to more environmentally conscious actions such as recycling, reducing waste, and using energy-efficient products.

On the other hand, technology has also contributed to environmental degradation.
