As wages stagnate for low-skilled workers and the cost of living continues to escalate, more people find themselves struggling financially. Consequently, they turn to government programs such as welfare, unemployment benefits, and subsidized housing for support.

With an increasing number of retirees relying on social security and other pension schemes, the demand for government assistance has grown significantly.
