This essay will discuss these changes and assess whether or not society is becoming more inclusive.

One significant aspect that has experienced a shift towards inclusivity is the workplace. Companies and organizations are now focusing on creating a diverse and inclusive work environment, which benefits both the employees and the organization itself. Policies have been implemented to ensure equal opportunities for all, regardless of race, gender, age, or disability status. For example, many companies now offer flexible working hours and remote work options to accommodate employees with family responsibilities or disabilities. These changes show that society is becoming more inclusive in the workplace, as it recognizes and addresses the needs of different individuals.

Another area where inclusivity has improved is in education. Educational institutions are now placing a stronger emphasis on providing equal opportunities for all students, regardless of their backgrounds. Programs and initiatives have been established to support underprivileged and marginalized groups, ensuring that everyone has the chance to succeed academically.
