Some people argue that this increased focus has resulted in a more inclusive society, while others believe that society is becoming less inclusive due to factors such as political polarization, economic inequality, and technological advancements.

On one hand, there have been significant strides made in the realm of social justice and equality. Legal protections have been established for minority groups, and awareness campaigns have highlighted the importance of understanding and respecting different cultures and backgrounds. In addition, many organizations and institutions have implemented diversity training programs to promote a more inclusive workplace culture. These changes suggest that society is moving towards greater inclusivity.

However, there are also factors that suggest society may be becoming less inclusive. The rise of nationalist movements and the increase in political polarization have led to a rise in discrimination and prejudice against certain groups. Moreover, economic inequality has grown, which can create a sense of "us versus them" among different social classes. Finally, advancements in technology, such as artificial intelligence algorithms, have raised concerns about biases in decision-making processes that may perpetuate existing inequalities.
