Part 2 (Cue Card)

You should say:

- When this happened
- Where you were
- Who you had to confront
- What the problem was
- How you handled the situation
- The outcome of the situation

And explain why it was difficult.

Part 3

5. In what ways can communication problems lead to career-related difficulties? Give an example of a situation where poor communication has led to such a problem and how it was resolved.
