- How did you manage to overcome the challenge or difficulty? What steps did you take, and what resources or support did you use, if any?
- Reflect on the experience and what you learned from it. What are the positive aspects of overcoming this personal challenge?

Part 2, the examiner will ask you a few follow-up questions to explore your ideas more deeply and test your ability to develop detailed answers. Here are some examples of potential follow-up questions:

2. How have you applied the lessons learned from overcoming this challenge in other aspects of your life since then?
