Part 2: Cue Card - A Time When You Had to Think Creatively to Overcome an Obstacle

Talk about a time when you had to think creatively to overcome an obstacle. You should say:

- what the problem was
- how you came up with your creative solution
- whether or not it worked, and why you think it did or didn't

and explain why this situation taught you something valuable.

Part 3: The World of Work and Education

1. How important is it to have a good education in your country, and what are some ways that people can gain the knowledge they need to succeed in their careers?
2. What do you think are the most important skills for someone to have in order to be successful in their job or career? Why do you think these skills are essential?
3. How has the role of women in your country's society and workplace changed over time, if at all? What factors have contributed to these changes?
4. In what ways can technology help people find jobs that suit their skills and interests better? Can you give an example of a career that has been significantly impacted by technological advancements?
5. How important is it for people to work in teams or groups, rather than working alone? What are some advantages and disadvantages of both methods of working?
