Sample Answer: Last year, I faced a major technological problem when my laptop's hard drive failed, and I lost all my important data, including academic assignments, family photos, and important work files. This issue significantly affected my personal and professional life, as I had to spend a lot of time trying to recover the lost data or recreate the files from scratch.

To resolve this problem, I first tried using various recovery software but couldn't find any of my missing files. Then, I sought help from a computer technician who suggested formatting the hard drive and reinstalling the operating system, which would erase all existing data, including the lost files. Although it was a risky option, I decided to proceed with the formatting as I had no other choice. Fortunately, after the process, I managed to recover most of my critical files, but some important documents were permanently lost.

This experience taught me the importance of regularly backing up data and maintaining an external storage device to avoid such situations in the future. It also reinforced the need for having a robust antivirus program installed on my computer to prevent similar issues from happening again.

2. How do you think technology will change over the next ten years or so?
3. What kind of jobs do you think would disappear because of technological advancements in the future, and which ones would become more important?
