Title: Describe a time when you received a compliment.
- When did this event happen, and who gave you the compliment?
- What exactly were they complimenting you on?
- How did it make you feel to receive that compliment?
- Do you remember if you replied or reacted in any specific way to that compliment, such as thanking them or being surprised?
- How has this experience affected your self-confidence and the way you perceive yourself since then?

1. In what ways can receiving compliments positively impact a person's life, especially their motivation to improve themselves?
