For example: I recall a time when I had to face a significant challenge in my academic life. I was enrolled in a highly competitive course at university, and during the midterm examinations, I fell severely ill. Due to the nature of the illness, it became challenging for me to study effectively, and I started feeling overwhelmed by the stress. To overcome this adversity, I sought help from my professors and classmates, and took extra time to catch up with the coursework. In the end, although it was a tough experience, I learned the importance of self-care, effective time management, and the value of seeking support when needed.
