Sample Answer:
In 2018, I had to make a significant decision regarding my career path. At that time, I was working as a software engineer but was considering a change in order to pursue a more fulfilling career. It was a significant decision because it would affect not only my professional life but also my personal happiness and overall well-being.
There were several factors that influenced my choice. Firstly, my current job wasn't challenging me anymore, and I felt stagnant in my growth. Secondly, I had always been passionate about environmental conservation, and I believed that a career change would allow me to contribute to this cause. Lastly, I was concerned about the financial impact of the decision, as starting anew in a new field meant taking on debt.
After making the decision to switch careers, I felt a mix of emotions – excitement for embarking on a new path and anxiety about the uncertainty ahead. However, I knew that it was a necessary step towards achieving personal fulfillment and making a meaningful impact on society.
