In this part of the test, you will have one minute to prepare your answer before speaking. Here are some questions to help you think about what to say:
- When did this event occur in your life? What was happening at that time in your life that made it challenging for you emotionally or psychologically?
- How did this issue affect you personally and/or professionally? What changes did you notice in your behavior, thoughts, or feelings as a result of this issue?
- What strategies did you use to overcome the difficult emotional or psychological issue? Were there any specific techniques that were particularly helpful for you during this time?
- How long did it take for you to overcome this issue? What was the turning point or breakthrough moment in your journey towards healing and recovery?
- Looking back, what have you learned from overcoming this difficult emotional or psychological issue? How has it impacted your life in a positive way since then?
Part 3: Follow-up Questions
1. What role did support from family and friends play in your journey to overcome the emotional/psychological issue?
2. In your opinion, how important is seeking professional help for mental health issues such as this one?
3. How has society's attitude towards mental health changed over time, particularly in your country or community? Do you think it has become more accepting and understanding of such issues?
4. What steps can individuals take to improve their mental well-being and avoid falling into emotional/psychological crises in the future?
