Sample response:

When I was working as a sales representative for a pharmaceutical company, I faced an ethical dilemma that tested my integrity. One of the products we sold required patients to take multiple doses every day, despite some minor side effects. As a responsible employee, I knew that it was crucial to ensure the well-being of our customers. However, the pressure from my superiors to meet sales targets pushed me to consider whether I should prioritize the company's financial success or the patients' welfare. Ultimately, I decided to take the higher ground and informed my manager about the potential harm that the product could cause. This decision not only allowed me to uphold my ethical values but also led to a reevaluation of the company's marketing strategy for the product.
