You should say:
- Where and when this event took place
- What the main problem was
- What you did to solve the problem
- The result of your actions
And you should use the following expressions:
- Organizational issues
- Administrative problems
- Overcame the difficulty
- Made a plan
- Took action

For example, I recall an incident that took place at my previous workplace, a small retail store. The main problem was an inventory discrepancy that had gone unnoticed for several months. It caused a significant financial loss to the company and affected our operations. To solve this issue, I made a plan to investigate the cause of the discrepancy and implemented measures to prevent it from happening again in the future. Ultimately, my efforts helped the company recover from the loss and strengthened its organizational structure.

Part 3:

2. How can individuals contribute to overcoming organizational or administrative issues within a team or workplace setting?
3. In your experience, have you seen any major changes in the way organizations handle complex issues? What are they, and why do you think this is happening?
