- When and where the problem occurred
- The nature of the problem
- How it affected your daily life
- What steps you took to solve the problem
- Whether or not you were successful in dealing with the problem
Sample Response:
In 2016, I experienced a severe back pain that lasted for several months. It all began when I lifted a heavy object at work and felt a sudden sharp pain in my lower back. The pain gradually worsened over time and affected my daily life significantly. I was unable to sit or stand for long periods of time, which made it difficult to perform my job effectively.
To solve this problem, I first tried self-treatment by taking pain relievers and resting as much as possible. However, the pain did not subside, so I sought medical help. After consulting with a doctor and undergoing several diagnostic tests, I was diagnosed with a herniated disc in my lower back. The treatment included physical therapy and medication.
Fortunately, after following the recommended course of treatment, my back pain gradually improved, and I was able to return to work and resume my normal activities. This experience taught me the importance of proper lifting techniques and maintaining a healthy lifestyle to avoid such health problems in the future.
