- What steps did you take to deal with the uncertainty? Were there any challenges in doing so?
- What was the outcome of your actions, and how did they affect you personally or the situation itself?
- Overall, how would you assess this experience, and what lessons did you learn from it?
Part 3: Discussion Topics
1. How important is it to be able to adapt to changes in life, according to you? Why do you think so?
2. In what situations or occasions might people feel more uncertain than usual? Can you provide some examples?
3. How can a person cope with uncertainty effectively? What are some strategies for dealing with uncertainty that you have experienced or heard about?
4. What role does education play in preparing individuals to confront and overcome uncertainty, if any? Can you give some specific examples from your own experience or knowledge?
5. In your opinion, should the society or government provide more support to help people deal with uncertainty and unpredictability of life, such as through social welfare programs or insurance policies? Why do you think so, and what kind of support would be most helpful in your view?
