Sample Answer:
Last year, my older brother and I had a serious disagreement regarding our family's finances. He was managing the financial matters of the house and made some poor investment decisions that left us in significant debt. The tension between us escalated when he accused me of not contributing enough to the family financially, even though I was providing for my own needs.
To resolve this difficult situation, I decided to have an open and honest conversation with him about the financial challenges we were facing as a family. We sat down together, away from other family members, to ensure that we had each other's full attention. I expressed my concerns and suggested that we work together to find a solution.
As a result of this discussion, we came up with a plan to reallocate our financial resources more efficiently, focusing on paying off debts and reducing unnecessary expenses. Although it took time and effort, we managed to improve the family's financial situation significantly. This experience taught me the importance of open communication and teamwork in resolving family-related problems.
