In this part of the test, you will describe an experience you had while participating in a team-building or group exercise. You should say:
- When and where it happened
- What the activity was
- How you prepared for the activity
- The experience itself, including any challenges faced and how they were overcome
- The result of the activity, both personally and for the team
For example, you might talk about a time when you and your colleagues participated in a ropes course to improve teamwork skills. Explain what the course involved (e.g., climbing, zip lining), any challenges faced (e.g., fear of heights, lack of physical strength), and how overcoming these challenges helped build trust among team members.
Part 3:
