Part 1: Introduction and Familiarization

Part 2: Cue Card
In this part, you will be asked to talk about a specific topic for one to two minutes. The topic is described below:
"Describe a time when you had to overcome a difficult logistical challenge."
Here are some questions you may be asked related to this topic:
1. Can you tell me about the situation that led to this logistical challenge? What were your initial thoughts and feelings about it?
2. What specific problems did you encounter during the process of overcoming this logistical challenge? How did they affect you or others involved in the challenge?
3. What strategies or methods did you use to tackle these problems and reach a solution? Why did you choose these particular approaches?
4. Can you tell me about the moment when you finally overcame the challenge? How did it feel? Were there any unexpected outcomes or revelations as a result of this experience?
5. How has this experience influenced your approach to problem-solving and decision-making in the future? Do you find yourself more prepared to tackle similar challenges now that you've gone through this one?
Part 3: Two-Way Discussion
In this part, you will have a discussion with the examiner based on the topic of your cue card and your response in
Part 2. Here are some questions the examiner might ask:
1. How common do you think logistical challenges are in people's daily lives? Can you give an example of a logistical challenge that is quite frequent, but not necessarily difficult to overcome?
2. What kind of skills or qualities are essential for overcoming logistical challenges effectively? Are these the same as those needed to deal with other types of challenges, such as emotional or intellectual ones?
3. Do you think people can develop resilience through facing and overcoming logistical challenges? How might this resilience be applied in other areas of life, such as personal relationships or professional pursuits?
4. Can you tell me about a time when you had to help someone else overcome a logistical challenge? What did you learn from that experience?
