Part 2 (Cue Card):
Title: A Time When You Received Unexpected Help
In the past, there have been times when I received unexpected help from someone. However, one incident that stands out was during a school trip to a nearby city. Our class had planned to visit a historic site as part of our history curriculum, but we were unaware of the fact that it was also a busy market day. The crowd made navigation and communication challenging for us, especially since most people in the area spoke a different language.
As we walked through the bustling streets, struggling to find our way, an old man approached us and offered his assistance. At first, we were hesitant to accept his help due to his appearance and age. However, he seemed genuinely eager to assist us, so we agreed. To our surprise, he led us directly to our destination with ease and even provided us with valuable insights about the local culture and history.
This unexpected act of kindness not only made our day better but also taught us a valuable lesson: never judge a person based on their appearance or age, as they might turn out to be a valuable resource in times of need.

2. How important is it for people to receive help from others, especially when they are in difficult situations?

4. Why do you think some people find it difficult to accept help from others, even when it is offered willingly and sincerely?
5. What role does technology play in helping people connect with one another, particularly in times of need or crisis?
