You should talk about what the problem was, how you dealt with it, and what the outcome was. You have one minute to think about what you are going to say. You can make some notes if you wish.

Sample response: I once had to organize a charity event for my community, which required a lot of planning and coordination. The main difficulty I faced was managing the budget, as we had limited funds, and I needed to ensure that all aspects of the event were covered without overspending. To overcome this challenge, I carefully researched and compared prices for various services such as catering, venue rental, and entertainment. Additionally, I sought out local businesses who were willing to sponsor or donate goods and services in exchange for recognition at the event. By being proactive in securing these partnerships, we were able to organize a successful charity event within our budget constraints, raising more than expected for the cause.
