Sample answer: A few years ago, I was diagnosed with a severe case of food poisoning that left me extremely weak and unable to eat for several days. The cause of this health problem was consuming contaminated food at a local restaurant. To deal with it, I consulted with my doctor who prescribed medication to help alleviate the symptoms. Fortunately, after a few weeks of rest and following the doctor's advice, I managed to overcome the problem and fully recover.
