Part 2 (Cue Card):

Title: Describe a time when you had to confront a difficult communication challenge.

You should say:

- When and where this event took place
- Who were the people involved in this event
- The communication problem that occurred
- How you overcame this problem
- What happened as a result of your efforts

And explain why you think it was a difficult challenge.

Part 3:

1. In what situations do people face difficulties in understanding each other? Can you give some examples from your own experience?
2. How important is it to be able to communicate effectively with others, especially in the workplace or academic environment?
3. In your opinion, are there any barriers in communication that can result due to cultural differences, what might they be and how can we overcome them?

5. Are there any new technologies or applications that can help improve the way people communicate with each other, especially in today's digital age?
