In this part, you should talk about the following points:

- Describe the situation that led to the difficult professional or career-related issue. (e.g., a challenging project, a disagreement with a colleague, etc.)
- Explain what steps you took in order to confront and resolve the issue. (e.g., gathering information, seeking advice from others, etc.)
- Discuss the outcome of your efforts, including any lessons you learned or improvements that resulted from resolving the issue.

Part 3: Follow-up Questions

Part 2, the examiner may ask follow-up questions to delve deeper into the subject matter. Here are some examples of potential follow-up questions:
