Part 2 - Cue Card - Describe a time when you had to adapt to unexpected changes.

1. What was the situation that required you to adapt to unexpected changes?
2. How did you feel when you first discovered the change or found out about it?
3. How did you react to the news of the change and what steps did you take to adapt to it?
4. How successful were you in adapting to these unexpected changes, and what challenges did you face during the process?
5. What lessons did you learn from this experience, and how do you think you would handle a similar situation in the future?

Part 3 - Questions about general issues and more specific topics related to the candidate's cue card response.

1. How important is it for people to be flexible and adaptable to changes in life according to you?
2. In your opinion, what are some of the main factors that can lead to unexpected changes in life or at work?
3. Can you think of any specific examples from history where unexpected changes have had a significant impact on societies or people's lives?
4. How do different cultures approach change and adaptation to it, and what are the similarities and differences between them?
5. Some people find it difficult to adapt to change, why do you think this is the case and how can we help such individuals cope with unexpected changes in life or at work more effectively?
