Part 2: Cue Card Topic - Describe a time when you had to overcome a fear.

- What was the source of your fear, and how long had it been affecting you?
- Can you describe what happened during the experience that made you confront your fear directly? What did you do to overcome it?
- How did it feel to face your fear for the first time and afterwards? Were there any unexpected outcomes or learnings from this situation?
- In retrospect, how would you rate your ability to handle such a situation in the future, and what steps might you take to further improve your skills in dealing with fearful situations?
Part 3: Discussion Topics
