Title: A Traditional Celebration in Your Country
In this part of the test, you will have one minute to talk about a topic. You will then have an opportunity to speak for another one to two minutes on the same topic. You should use your own ideas and experiences, and you should try to support any points that you make with examples from your own knowledge or experience.
The topic for this part of the test is: Describe a traditional celebration in your country. What is the main purpose of this celebration, and how is it usually celebrated?
For example, if you are talking about Christmas in the United States, you might explain that Christmas is a holiday celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, and describe some of the customs associated with the celebration, such as gift-giving, family gatherings, and caroling.

1. How has technology changed the way we celebrate traditional festivals in your country?
2. In what ways do different generations experience and enjoy traditional celebrations differently?
3. Why are some countries known for their unique festivals or events? What factors contribute to these diverse cultural expressions?
4. Do you think it is important for people to preserve and promote their own cultural traditions, or should they adopt and celebrate other cultures' traditions as well? Explain your answer.
