Part 1: Introduction and General Conversation

Part 2: Cue Card and Follow-up Questions
Editor's Note: For this part, provide a topic for the candidate to talk about. Give them one minute to prepare their response before they start speaking. Here is a sample cue card topic with follow-up questions to ask after the candidate has finished their response:
Cue Card Topic: Describe a memorable experience you had while traveling.
Follow-up Questions:
1. What was the occasion or event that made it memorable?
2. Can you describe the place where this experience took place?
3. How did you feel during and after the experience?
4. Do you have any similar experiences from other travels?
5. What lessons or insights did you gain from this memorable experience?
Part 3: Topic-based Discussion and Conclusion
Editor's Note: In this part, engage the candidate in a discussion related to the cue card topic or another relevant topic that has been touched upon during the interview. Encourage the candidate to provide their opinions, explanations, and examples to support their ideas. Here are some sample questions for Part 3:
1. How important do you think traveling is for personal growth and development? Why?
2. In what ways can people benefit from engaging in new experiences or stepping out of their comfort zones?
3. How has technology changed the way people travel, and what are its advantages and disadvantages?
4. What role does cultural exchange play in promoting understanding and tolerance between different countries and cultures?
