Part 3: Discussion Topics

1. The role of tourism in the economy of various countries. How does it affect different sectors such as employment, infrastructure development, and cultural preservation?
2. Advantages and disadvantages of using technology for travel arrangements (online booking platforms, mobile applications etc.).
3. The importance of environmental conservation when traveling. Discuss the concept of 'responsible tourism' and its impact on preserving natural resources and heritage sites.
4. The role of national or local governments in promoting tourism in their regions. The significance of tourist policies, regulations, and incentives.
5. The concept of 'eco-tourism' and how it differs from regular tourism practices. The challenges faced by eco-tourism operators and the benefits of choosing this type of travel experience over conventional vacations.
